Le Hameau de la Sapiniere Apartment Residence, Les Menuires

In every apartment:

• Equipped kitchen (with oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine)
• Bathroom with WC
• Balcony
• Open fire place in the living room. One bag of firewood is included and additional bag costs approx. 8€
• Beds made up on arrival (except sofa beds) and towels are provided, along with a midweek towel change
• End of stay cleaning and a cleaning kit are included
• Television, safety deposit box and telephone (at a charge)
• Limited underground parking (approx. 55€ per week) and it is recommended to request this in advance. Covered parking also available at approx. 45€ per week. There is also uncovered parking available (approx 38€ per week).
• The residence also provides various catering services including cold platter on arrival, home catering service and grocery baskets (all at a charge).

A summary of the apartments:

• Apartment 6/8 persons: Living room with fireplace and a sofa bed and a pull out bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and cabin room with bunk beds (with or without window, with a door or curtain), one bathroom and one shower room, two WCs.
• Chalet 8 persons (with sauna): First floor; one double bedroom, one twin room, two bathrooms with bath or shower and two separate WCs. Second floor; fully equipped kitchen, living room with south facing balcony. Private sauna with shower. Third floor: two twin attic bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
• Chalet 10 persons: Ground floor; double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with bath or shower, two WCs. First floor; fully equipped kitchen and living room with fire place. Second floor: two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath or shower, two WCs, mezzanine level with two single beds.
• Chalet 10/12 persons: Ground floor; one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with bath or shower and one or two WCs. First floor; fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed and a pull out bed and a south facing balcony, cabin room with bunk beds. Second floor; two twin attic bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath or shower and one or two WCs.
• Chalet 12 persons: Ground floor; double room with a private shower room, twin bedroom, a further shower room and a separate WC. First floor; fully equipped kitchen and living room with fire place and a cabin with bunk beds, south facing balcony. Second floor; under the eaves, one twin room with a private shower room, one further twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is one further bathroom with bath or shower and WC and an additional WC.
