Yes we all enjoy the sunshine but here in Val Thorens we're not quite ready for srping to take over, and so the news of snow forecast for the weekend is music to our ears.

Last day of the week and last day of the clement weather as tomorrow brings wind, a drop in temperature and snow! This weather front is expected to stay with us until Monday with the return of the old currant bun on Tuesday.

Up at 3200 metres there is currently 215cm whilst down in resort there is 110cm and the avalanche risk is at 3/5.

Don't forget if you're in Val Thorens next week then be sure to check out the parties with the Festi Val Tho from the 25th - 27th March.
