Val Thorens Snow Report: 27th March 2014
Sunshine set for end of week as clouds drift away
Since our last snow report we've had a fair amount of cloud cover and a false hopes of more fresh snow, nevertheless the conditions are pretty good thanks to the weekends snowfall.
The snow depths have crept back up again and we are seeing 250 cm at the top of the pistes and 140 cm in resort. The avalanche risk is still sitting at 2/5.
Tomorrow, the last day of the week for most, should be a bright sunny day with highs of +15°C. This weather should carry on into the weekend with mild afternoons forecast.
It's the last night of the Festi ValTho tonight with Joachim Garraud headlining so why not make the most of it.
