Christmas was a sunny day on the slopes of Val Thorens after a week of unsettled weather and warmer temperatures than usual for this time of year.
Even though there hasn't been much fresh snow in Val Thorens in the past few days, snow depths stand at 1.15m at 2300m and around 1.5m higher up. Avalanche risk has remained at a steady 3/5.
The forecast is saying that we're in for a sunny week ahead, so enjoy Christmas in the Three Valleys!
