Sunny days in Val Thorens
Clear skies and great snow
After 2 weeks of almost constant snow, the sun has come out just in time for the holidays. With great conditions across the resort, it's set to be a memorable Christmas and New Year.
20cm of fresh snow fell on Saturday and a further 20cm on Monday, so when the sun came out on Tuesday we were left with beautiful conditions across the 3 Valleys. Most slopes are now open and all the links between resorts are running.
The off-piste is in very good condition but please be careful and make sure you are fully equipped, know where you are going and have checked the latest avalanche bulletin.
