Skiing and snowboarding are old hat - mountain bikes are the latest way to get down the slopes! No, really.
Montagne Experiences by ESF offer this great new way to discover the ski area. On specially designed electric bikes with ultra wide tyres for snow and fitted with lights for night riding, you can enjoy this activity after a day on skis!
Mountain bike descents take place from Monday to Friday from 17:00 throughout the winter season and are bookable online on the ESF website, link above or at their office in Val Thorens.
- Night-time outings are accompanied by an instructor.
- Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 19:00 (before 5 February)
- Monday to Friday, 17.30 to 19.30 (after 5 February)
- Bring ski clothing and après-ski or walking boots
- Bring a pair of gloves so you can shift gears and control the electric motor.
- Ski helmet recommended
It costs around 75€ per person
