The Andros Trophy is the Alpine ice racing cup and the circuit is ready for a weekend of electric racing in Val Thorens.

For the 21st year in a row Val Thorens opens the racing season with a weekend of specially equipped rally cars doing the rounds on the prepared ice-track.

The resort has been stocking snow in piles next to the circuit for the last few weeks and have only just spread the snow out to delay any melting, the track is now ready to be driven on and is over 30cms deep.
