Russian Christmas and clear skies to follow

The sun has come back to Courchevel after a cloudy New Year. With the sun out and a smattering of fresh snow on the pistes skiing conditions are pretty much perfect.

The slopes are busy at the moment but there are ways of avoiding the queues and as of this weekend the resort should quieten down as the Christmas and New Year holidays come to an end.

There's still plenty going on in Courchevel with Russian Christmas just a few days away and there is still a busy night life. We went to the Huck Cancer party on Tuesday night which was great fun and raised money for the Cancer charity.
