At the start of your search, you'll sit down together to discuss with you your requirements and to better understand your environment and property needs. Location, number of rooms, size, environment - their agents will cover all the important questions.

Based on this, they will put together an application and start the search process on your behalf. They'll save your precious time and money by doing all the legwork in the research process so you'll never have any wasted trips!

When a short-list of properties has been agreed upon, their agents will organise a schedule and together you'll visit the selected properties. They'll offer their expert advice to help you make your decision. And once you've decided on the perfec property, they'll put your application to the agency or owner. Their agents will attend the lease signature so they can advise you right through to the final stages.
