Ski pass insurance in Val Thorens

The prices on this page do not include insurance.

You’ll be given the option to add ski insurance when you buy your ski pass, this will be provided by Carré Neige and normally costs a few euros a day.

You don’t have to buy insurance from the lift company, but we can’t stress how important it is to have a snow sports policy in place before you come skiing or snowboarding in Val Thorens.

Hopefully you’ll never have an accident. But if you have to be helicoptered off the mountain, or spend any time in hospital in France, you could end up with a huge bill.
