If you're travelling independently, booking an airport transfer is one of the easiest ways to reach the resort. If you book a private transfer, you'll find some companies will even arrange a supermarket stop en route if requested in advance, allowing you to stock up before reaching the more expensive mountain shops. Val Thorens offers accommodation for every budget, from privately rented chalets and apartments to hotels and catered chalets.
