Le Rond Point Mountain Restaurant, Meribel

Just off two green runs, a fantastic a la carte restaurant or snack bar

This mountain restaurant uses the very best local produce in their kitchen to deliver tasty a la carte dishes in the restaurant, or you can enjoy the terrace bar where it's all about snacks and drinks in the sunshine.

This restaurant is renowned throughout Meribel as being one of the best places for a piste side meal. Situated where the Foret and Rhodos green runs join, it is easy for every level of skier and boarder to access. The restaurant can also be reach from town.

Locally known as "The Ronnie" this restaurant and bar is open daily from 09:00 – 19:30 and serves food from 11:30 – 15:00 as well as snacks from 11:30 - 17:00. They offer a wide range of original good honest dishes from large salads to rostis to pizzas. Their menu has something for everyone.

The wine list has an unusual variety of New World wines alongside more traditional local wines, with bottles varying from 18€ for a Vin de Savoie to 60€ for a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. A nice touch is that many wines are also offered in half bottles, and several different wines are served by the glass.

Le Rond Point has an informal bustling atmosphere where families and friends can enjoy a hearty lunch before returning to the slopes. You can either sit inside their comfortable restaurant or relax on the sunny terrace, appreciating the food and the surrounding views whilst you soak up the sun’s rays.

If you are keen to keep maximise your ski time and just want a quick bite to eat, Le Rond Point has a funky little café with its own sun terrace and ski access. It serves a selection of hot and cold snacks and drinks, including freshly filled hot Paninis.

Don’t forget to return to the Ronnie at the end of the day when the bar turns into a famous apres ski venue. It is an experience not to be missed.

The Bar

The bar offers day long entertainment on the piste (09:00-19:30) - with a fantastic ski-in ski-out sun terrace, great food and the wildest après-ski parties in Meribel. Read more here.
