Located in the Les Bruyeres area, this large 350m2 chalet is at the heart of Les Menuires close to all the bars, shops and restaurants and only 100m from the pistes.
This chalet spans four floors and combines a rustic Savoyard charm with modern features to create a cosy yet high-tech atmosphere.
The entrance level offers a garage with space for three cars, as well as a sauna and a wellness area. Here, you’ll find an infra-red sauna, steam room, shower, an elliptical bike, and a training bike, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Upstairs, the cinema room awaits, where you can relax with a film in 3D, or enjoy the Wii games console, DVD library, and WiFi access.
Upon entering the second entrance, the hallway leads you into the large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The U-shaped sofa, positioned around the central stone and wood fireplace, invites relaxation, while the large wooden dining table seats 16. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday with a double oven, six-burner gas stove, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Alternatively, you can arrange for a private chef to cook for you.
Step out onto the balcony to unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi, where you can enjoy stunning mountain views.
Above the living area, a spacious mezzanine features a pool table and a cosy corner for reading or simply enjoying the scenery.
Additional features include an infra-red sauna, hammam, and boot warmers in the main entrance, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. As well as eight bedrooms, the property ideally has eight bathrooms.
