Hotel comforts, chalet charm and freedom of a residence all in one on the slopes
With an excellent location at the foot of the slopes, in a quiet and sunny part of the resort, this Savoyard village comprises seven separate residences, each with a warm and sunny atmosphere.
The apartments within the residence are superbly furnished, spacious and comfortable. All apartments are equipped with private telephone line, cable television, free wireless internet access, and safe box. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and heated towel rail. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and utensils.
Guests will arrive to find beds have been made and fresh towels, table cloths, tea towels and dish cloths have been left for their use. Apartments are cleaned at the end of each stay.
The residence is well equipped and designed with guests enjoyment and convenience in mind. Apartments are self-catered and offer a choice of restaurants.
Village Montana has a 24 hour reception desk, a gift shop and two sports shops. The sports shops stock a range of mountain wear and accessories and ski/snowboard equipment can be bought or rented for the duration of your stay. Ski passes and lessons can be organised and paid for at reception.
As well as shopping and bakery facilities there is also a games room with pool table. Several of the residences have a spa and pool, a relaxation area with sauna, Turkish bath, massage and physiotherapist.
Children are well catered for at Village Montana; nursery facilities can be found near the residence and there is a snow garden designed especially for little ones to enjoy their first experiences on skis in absolute safety. Childcare and lessons can be booked at reception. The ski-in ski-out location makes it perfect for families and skiers of all levels to enjoy the pistes together.
They offer the use of a luggage storage room, covered parking (extra charge) and ski lockers.

Val Thorens is a purpose built resort created over 40 years ago, the original idea thought up by Pierre Schnebelen. The resort began its first season in December 1971 with just three draglifts.
