Les Menuires
Affordable, family-friendly skiing in the heart of the Three Valleys
Les Menuires is a practical, good-value base with ski-in ski-out access to the vast Three Valleys. Most accommodation is in La Croisette near the shops, bars and restaurants, while Reberty and Les Bruyeres offer a more traditional feel with their own lifts and facilities. Quieter hamlets like Le Bettaix give you easy piste access in a peaceful setting.
Les Menuires sits at 1,850m in the heart of the Three Valleys, offering excellent value for money and ski-in ski-out convenience. Built largely in the 1970s, it may not win prizes for looks, but its location and extensive facilities make it a firm favourite with families and those seeking budget-friendly access to the world’s largest ski area. Most of the action centres on La Croisette with its shops, hotels and restaurants, while Reberty and Les Bruyeres offer a quainter feel with chalets, four-star hotels and their own lifts up the mountain. You can also stay in quieter spots like Le Bettaix at 1,400m, where you’ll find easy ski access and a peaceful atmosphere. From lively après to family-friendly fun, Les Menuires offers a practical and affordable base for exploring the Three Valleys.

History & Culture in Les Menuires
Les Menuires was the first resort in the Belleville Valley to open in 1964. The architecture in Les Menuires is varied with the large hotels on the mountainside of Les Menuires now looking considerably dated. Further up the resort into Reberty there are more recently renovated wood/stone chalets.
Sights & Attractions in Les Menuires

Things to do in Les Menuires
Les Menuires is located at an altitude of 1,850m in the Belleville valley of the Three Valleys ski area. Along with being able to access the largest ski area in the world you can enjoy sledging, big airbag, ski cross tracks and snow parks. You can also have a go at a slightly different concept - mountain biking on snow. There is a fantastic ice castle in the base of the resort for sledging and fun for children. In the Reberty area of Les Menuires there is a toboggan on rails for both adults and children. After a short inter-season break to recover from the winter, Les Menuires comes to life again in the summer with a huge list of activities. Along with the vast range of walking and mountain bike routes in the Three Valleys, there is also a children's zip wire over Plan d'Eau, weekly markets, fishing, paintball, donkey rides, mini-golf, outdoor trampolines, quad biking, skateboarding, beach volleyball (yes a beach in the mountains!), a bungee swing, canyoning and rafting.
